Derby Pride Academy still rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted

It is with great pleasure that I can now share the fabulous news that our academy has once again been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

This amazing news follows a one-day inspection, which took place in mid-March.

I am thrilled that Ofsted has recognised the determination of staff in ensuring 'pupils achieve their full potential'

The inspectors noted how we have maintained 'the outstanding quality of education', and have been successful in increasing the amount of outstanding teaching since our last inspection in April 2014.

The report also recognised how well the academy staff know our pupils and have attendtive staff are to their needs.

We would not have achieved this without the support of our parents and carers, their fantastic children and our dedicated staff for their hard work and committment. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all. Derby Pride Academy is a wonderful place to learn, work and succeed.
