Mrs Hayes end of year statement

I have very much enjoyed this year as Principal of Derby Pride Academy, and I am overwhelmed at the progress of our students and the support we receive from our parents and carers.

It has been a fabulous year for us, especially given our extremely positive Ofsted Report. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with many more parents and carers as we move forward together. 

Final Day of Term- Tuesday 23rd July 2019

On the final day of term, school will close to students at midday. A hot meal will be served during the morning to students in place of lunch. We will inform taxi companies of this change and  parents should make arrangements for students to be collected or make their own way home as usual. 

It is a non-uniform day so normal school uniform will not be expected

First Day of Term- Tuesday 10th September 2019

Our first day back is Tuesday 10th September. Students should report to school by 8:45am. As usual, the school will be open for students from 8:15am for breakfast
